BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS PLEASE READ THIS PAGE CAREFULLY

  1. On receipt by us of your completed booking form and deposit we will make your reservation. Your booking is taken to be confirmed and accepted in respect of all persons travelling when we dispatch our receipt to the group organiser.

  2. Your completed booking form must include the name, address and signature of all anglers attending, and be accompanied by the relevant deposit. Signing of the booking form means that all terms and conditions have been read and agreed to. The deposit is accepted as part payment towards the cost of your stay.

  3. The balance of the costs of your stay must be paid as specified in your receipt. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and apply a cancellation charge as though there had been a cancellation in accordance with paragraph 5

  4. The price of your stay is fully guaranteed.

  5. Cancellation of your confirmed booking can only be accepted in writing, and the following cancellation charges will apply:

    OVER 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE:
    DEPOSIT ONLY
    LESS THAN 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE:

    100% OF TOTAL COST


  6. (a) All passport, visa and health certificate requirenents are your responsibility and we accept no liability for any delay or expense incurred through any irregularity in your documents.
    (b) We reserve the right to immediately terminate the services we are contractually obliged to provide to you if we, our employees or agents or any other appropriate person in authority in any place or on any vehicle or craft judge your behaviour to be likely to cause discomfort or harm to our other clients or any other person or property. If because of such behaviour you are prevented from travelling, our contractual obligations under these conditions will terminate immediately. In either case any appropriate termination charge will apply and we will not be liable to you for any refund or compensation or any costs or damage which you may incur.

  7. Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any loss or delay occasioned by any of the following:-
    Strikes, Riots, Political Unrest, Hostilities, War or Threat of War, Terrorist Activity, Industrial Disputes, Fire, Flood, Technical/Weather problems to transport, Closure of Ports, Weather Conditions or any other event(s) beyond our control.

  8. Clients are required to have an appropriate Travel/Holiday insurance in force for the period of their stay.

  9. Whenever possible, any changes to the booking requested after the written confirmation is sent to you, will be accomodated. no changes can be made after you depart the UK. dependent upon the nature of the change(s) additional charges may be incurred.

  10. Pets are not permitted.

  11. These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

  12. Complaints procedure(s): If you consider you have cause for complaint whilst in Europe, the complaint must be notified in the first instance to our local representative. Any subsequent complaint must be received by Dreamwater in writing no later than seven days after your return to the United Kingdom
